These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jk4 platform and all services provided by jk4 to registered players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jk4 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jk4 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
By registering an account, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from using the jk4 platform.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jk4: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of jk4 or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the jk4 platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; (d) persons who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jk4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jk4 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jk4 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk4 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. jk4 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jk4 support immediately.
jk4 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jk4 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
jk4 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine banks are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
jk4 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are prohibited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction. jk4 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jk4 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. jk4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All player funds deposited into jk4 accounts are held in segregated accounts separate from jk4 operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting jk4 operations.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed the jk4 KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. jk4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
jk4 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to technical issues, regulatory checks, or third-party processing times.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. jk4 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jk4 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live dealer games, bingo, and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
jk4 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines — in its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. jk4 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jk4 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jk4 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
If a player is disconnected from the jk4 platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the player's balance updated accordingly upon reconnection. jk4 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk4 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
jk4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jk4 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) the player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jk4; or (d) jk4 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Players may request the closure of their jk4 account at any time by contacting jk4 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jk4 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jk4 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jk4 platform without the prior written consent of jk4.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jk4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jk4 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jk4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jk4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jk4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jk4 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the platform.
jk4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jk4 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account on jk4, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
jk4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jk4 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the jk4 platform.
Your continued use of the jk4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jk4, you are encouraged to contact jk4 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jk4 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
If you believe that jk4 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels. jk4 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
